Sex after 2nd degree tear

I had sex today at 5weeks postpartum (I know I should have waited longer- no judgment needed). It didn’t hurt at all at, it felt just very uncomfortable afterwards for 10mins. Right now I’m starting to regret it I have no pain and no bleeding but I’m afraid of retearing, or may be my tears weren’t 100% healed 😭 I don’t know what to do

And yeah I just wanted to add that I called my obgyn office one week ago to ask for a postpartum appointment and they gave me one in august?? Living in Canada
