So we entered the infamous nap strike road bump. I've been dreading it lol
But anyways, she's never been a big sleeper. Going to sleep around 8:30pm even though we started the bedtime routine at 7pm, waking up between 4:30am-5am for the day. +1h nap in the afternoon. Would wake up once or twice in the middle of the night for hugs. So on a good day she could be getting 10h of total sleep time. Good days >didn't< happen often lol
With the nap strike she's asleep by 7:30pm and wakes up at 6am. With zero wake ups through the night. Since the strike is still fresh we haven't tried starting the bedtime routine earlier, but plan on trying just to see what happens lol
Anyways, she's getting more and better sleep without nap. From what I've read, it looks like it's still a bit early to cut naps. 🤔 Would you cut the nap?
