LIKING A GUY 8 YEARS YOUNGER THAN ME

So this 20 year old started working with me recently (I’m 28 btw.) Since he’s a newbie, I was the one responsible to train him on what he had to do. in the beginning everything was chill but then after weeks passed by he got comfortable and we kinda started picking on each other (jokes, trolling etc). Well yesterday we went over a co-workers house and we were drinking so after a while I just had to go sit outside to get some fresh air. A few minutes later he decided to step outside and I told him to sit by me (which he did.) we were having a conversation but after a while we stopped talking and just stared at each other. He then got closer to me and kissed me and I really liked it. I never liked or even been interested in anyone younger than me tbh.. when it comes to guys, the youngest I’ve dated was only 2 years younger than me. Is it bad to like someone who has a 8 year gap? Has anyone dated a guy younger than them before? It’s been a while since I’ve been in a relationship so idk how to feel about this.
