Did he tear me?

So my boyfriend was fingering me. Afterwards there was blood on his hands and a little on the sheets. It was mostly on his fingers. I have been off my period for a week with no signs of blood. I went to the bathroom and didn’t see any tear or scratch. I didn’t notice until after that his fingernails were kind of long. Did he tear me? I feel a little uncomfortable now but no stinging pain or anything. Should I be concerned?
