Ovulation symptoms at 6 dpo ??

Question

I have been having a lot of ovulation cm and my husband even asked me if I was ovulating. I did an LH test yesterday at 5 dpo and it was almost positive. Today at 6 dpo my cervix is soft and open but LH test not as dark as yesterday. I still have a lot of ovulation type cm. Could I actually be ovulating again? I’m so confused.

You can get ewcm post ovulation as well due to rising estrogen. Normal. You don’t only get ewcm prior to ovulation. And opk’s only detect your LH surge. You would also have to temp to confirm if/when ovulation has taken place.

You would not be ovulating twice, you ovulate once per cycle. But Opks do not determine ovulation they just detect the LH surge. You would need to be temping to actually confirm ovulation. Cervical mucus does not determine ovulation it only tells you if it’s fertile or non fertile mucus. Cervical position also does not determine anything, it changes throughout your cycle.
