Hi, my gynaecologist had referred me for a hysteroscopy due to them finding out I have a thick womb lining on the Transvaginal ultrasound I had a few weeks ago.

I have PCOS, but I’m worried about this now. Has anyone had anything similar?

Does the hysteroscopy hurt? My recent smear test was very uncomfortable, nearly had me in tears whereas the first one I had was a little uncomfortable, nothing unbearable. Smear came back fine but they did say I was positive for group B strep.

I’m so nervous and scared, I’m 31 and suffer from severe anxiety, especially around my own health 😒

My husband will not be able to go with me for it and I just dreading it 😒
