I’m freaking out and need help

I am 3 days late on my period. I have not had sex and we didn’t do anything risky at all. I gave him a hand job through shorts and I could feel he was kind of wet. he rubbed me with his hands on my shorts. I think I ovulated late like day 18-20 of my cycle because it was clearish and stringy discharge for 3 days. Could I be pregnant? Do I need to test? Will I just get my period later than normal? I am feel tired, bloated, crampy and tender breasts. Any advice to relieve this stress would be nice. I know stress can delay periods but normally I would’ve gotten it by now.
