Pregnancy test

I took a pregnancy test a few months ago without telling my significant other and it’s was negative so I figured no need telling him it’ll just stress him out and today when we were taking another one to see if I had became pregnant, it came out in the conversation and he seemed really pissed off that I didn’t tell him that I had taken one before in our relationship. I don’t really understand why he’s angry about it.

Anyone help me understand why? Thanks in advance
