Am I Pregnant on Nexplanon??

Hi there! I've had the Nexplanon implant in for around two months now. My obgyn told me I don't get a period anymore, and I don't ovulate. Last month I had spotting for 3 weeks which is normal because Nexplanon causes that. My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex and he finished inside of me. From the 6th through the 9th of this month I was spotting again(I think those are the correct dates. I know the spotting only lasted 4 or 5 days.) It stopped until just today, the 13th. I've also had short lived cramping on the left side of my lower abdomen throughout this months spotting. It was never this dark until today though. I'm so worried that I'm pregnant. Is this implantation bleeding??
