Feeling rejected by husband! Advice...thoughts?

So my husband of 5 years and I have been "glitching" because his mom wants us to move back and live at her house again. 5 years ago, did not work out and now it wouldn't work either. She wants to tell me how to raise my kids and always tells my husband what to do and how to spend out money. She has even recommended us not to have anymore kids. We have 2.

Anywho, I'm a stay at home mom I think he doesn't value my unemployed status. When he gets home, he says hi but no kiss, hug...nothing. I finally told him how I feel and he got upset. He talks to his coworkers all day. He does not bother to ask me how my day was nor how I feel. That really hurts me. I'm trying to work things out between us. Is buried on his phone most of the time, when I call him on it he gets upset. Always watching stupid stories from people he follows. I'm confused. Idk if it's time for divorce and keep trying to work things out. He stopped being romantic long time ago. I often feel lonely even when he is here. I try to be strong for my kids and bc I don't want to get in the battle of who gets the kids every week. He is not a good father that is my biggest worry. I know they wouldn't be safe with him. He has never bathed my 2 year old. I'm so sad and mad at the same time. I don't think he is cheating. More so he wants to go out to parties like his stupid friends who have no kids or wife. He even told me he could go back to his mom's by himself so he could do w.e. he wanted to. My husband is 36 n I'm 34. When we met we immediately knew we wanted to be together forever. As he first told me...for 100 years. It's just sad how he rejects me now and how distant he is. It hurts...is it time to let it go? Anywho...needed to vent...thank you for reading.
