Blood tests detecting pregnancy

I was sent for a blood test today to test for a few things due to a few issues I’ve been having.

They’re all sort of interlinked and hormone driven but two of the tests I saw listed on the sheet were for Amenorrhea (irregular periods) and FBC (amongst other things, thyroid checks, diabetes etc)

I know from a quick google search an FBC wouldn’t show pregnancy but does the Amenorrhea test check typically check for any HCG, I can’t find anything to say?

By chance I took a pregnancy test yesterday that came back positive right away so the irregular periods won’t be able to be looked into any further at this point unless they resume that way after the baby, but I don’t know if that particular blood test will pick up my pregnancy?
