Sleep Paralysis? ☠️
Okay so first thing's first, I have NEVER had sleep paralysis before in my life before this pregnancy. The worst sleep-disorder type thing I've had is the occasional insomnia. This pregnancy tho, since my last OB appointment on May 13th I've had THREE instances of sleep paralysis 😩 They're pretty far apart from each other, and I'm not sure what triggers it. Has anyone else experienced this?
