Clean-up Procedure?

What is your procedure ladies if your man releases in you? I'm a little worried but I've cleaned myself best I've could + drinking water & peeing a lot!
*I'm on the patch, been on it for almost 9 months and have been using it consistently & correctly*

I usually go in the shower and spray the shower head at it and scoop what I can out 😂

I like to keep baby wipes next to the bed because I get super tired afterwards and don't always get up to clean up right away. My husband says I'm like the man in the relationship after sex because I'll either take a nap or make some food because I'm hungry 😂.
When I do get up I'll do basically your same routine or if we have time we'll hop in the shower. OMG the best is when he decides to clean me up instead and then also washes my hair for me 😍💗
