Weirdly toddler stool

Helloo

So i have a 2 years old toddler

For a month now this has happened probably 3 to 4 times , the stool looks like raw meat ( some of it ) , but this time it looks a bit weird.

I don't know & i don't want to get myself scared for nothing cuz i did it once & it was false alarm but you guys know a mother concern about her babies health. This time some of the stool is normal yet some is almost red i don't want to see it's blood but i don't know, still the almost raw meat scares me. Has anyone seen this ?

I should point that she hasn't been eating good for a long time and just the past month i have started a new program for her meals cuz her weight went down but i don't know if this could be the reason.
