Question for moms with kids

I should probably leave this question for third trimester but for mom’s with kids already what are the advantages and disadvantages of natural birth and c section ??? And are you able to choose what you want or no? Which do you prefer ? Is my first and terrified of pushing anything out of my vagina and would prefer c section
