Traveling in first trimester

Hey guys! I just learned this last weekend that I am pregnant and my due date is 2/14 🎉 I already told my sister and my hubby's dad and sisters. I am gonna keep it as a secret from other people until 21 weeks but wanted to tell our folks.

So without knowing what was coming our way we booked a trip to Seattle on July 4th weekend and we are flying from San Diego. I have been searching online content to see if it is safe to air travel before 21 weeks but can't find really an answer.

What are your experiences? Does anyone know if it is safe to fly in first trimester ?
