Hatch Sound Machine- help!

*Disclaimer* not quite looking for recommendation on whether to buy or not- I’ve already purchased a Rest+ after being gifted an original Rest for our first child.

Anyways, I was super excited for the Rest+ and it’s additional features but I absolutely cannot get it to pair with my phone. I’ve reset my router, gone into airplane mode and tried to just connect via Wi-Fi without my cellular interfering, I’ve attempted to make my phone a hotspot to get it to connect to my phone just so I can set it up. It’s literally worthless at this point in time. I’ve contacted the company and not been given any help besides the generic troubleshooting I’ve already found online. Has anyone else experienced this and gotten it to work??
