Hello ladies, what prenatal vitamins are you taking ? Or suggest

My doc gave me vitamins too but I throw up with them. Since I started taking One-A-Day Prenatal Vitamins, they are gentle on the stomach too.

My husband and I are given something called healthy start vitamins for me to take everyday. ( UK ). Plus we both take vitamin D which is recommended for me and a daily multivitamin.
We had me take a higher dose of folic acid until we were 12 weeks but now I have to take dispersible aspirin aswell.

I take the ritual prenatal. They are lemon scented and have all the active ingredients instead of the inactive ones that your body needs to breakdown. It is a subscription but, I seriously love them.

Gummies are easier on the stomach, but if you go the gummy route talk to your doctor about your iron levels just to be safe! Gummies don’t typically have the iron amount most mommas need to take in during pregnancy so they can prescribe you a separate iron supplement if needed.

I’m taking VitaFusion gummies, they’re easier for me than swallowing the giant horse pills. I had a phase where I got queasy after taking them so I switched to taking them just before bed for a while.

I switched them up lol at first I was taking natures bound gummy’s, then I took 1 a day, and now I’m taking natures bound again. I like 1 a day more but the bottle almost like $30

I love the gummies in the yellow bottle.. a 3 month supply is like $15 at Walmart or Target. 🙂
