Help me out!

Hey there! Just wanted to see what people have done to get out of the burnt out stage mentally and physically. Personally have ever felt like this. I’m really struggling to keep up with day to day life, falling behind in all subjects and just wanting to sleep all the time. Have started the gym the beginning of the year and was my favourite place to go but now I have to push myself to go. Feel like I need a good cry out to flush it out and start but can’t even do that.

What did you do to get yourself motivated again?
