We had additional fertility issues (male factor, hypothyroidism and celiac for me). I have a son thanks to ivf, and at 18 mo pp, I am about to do another round of ivf. We were told the chances of us conceiving naturally would be slim. And so far not one +  pregnancy test naturally

It differs for every one and there’s like a million symptoms! The PCOS fb group was so informational for me. 
For me I was having annovulatory periods for awhile (I wouldn’t ovulate but had a period every month) excessive/heavy periods and clots, pain, excessive hair growth in my face, breasts and stomach, anger/irritability/depression, horrible jawline acne like cystic badddd acne and those are just the ones off the top of my head.
I have 2 best friends with PCOS as well and their symptoms aren’t totally the same as mine either

Difficulties conceiving. It took us 2 years and letrozole with a trigger shot to conceive. 
Occasionally I will get larger cysts on my ovaries. 
Hair growth on my chin. Not peach fuzz but actual whiskers. (Mine didn't go away with metformin like some others have had success with)
Irregular cycles
Depression
Thickened uterine lining
Hair loss
... those are the things I have been able to relate to my PCOS.
