Medicaid question

I’m in a certain situation that is confusing. I’ll try my best to explain. I thought that I had Medicaid coverage at a time that I went to the OB for an appointment. Apparently I did not have the coverage yet and I got billed for that appointment. I filed a claim and I’m trying to get the bill paid. I ended up having a miscarriage and I do not know what to do. Do I let them know I had a miscarriage? What if they take my coverage off before my bill is paid by them. The bill is pretty high because I had a lot done that appointment. What should I do what do I have to do will my bill get covered if they take my coverage off? Please no judgments this is new to me I’ve never done this before. I don’t know how all this works.
