Honesty time

I’m so frustrated. My son just turned 9 months and before two or so weeks ago he was a great baby. Didn’t cry much, laughed at everything, slept great and let me do things around the house. Out of nowhere he started crying the majority of the day. Unless I’m actively playing of holding him, he cries. I can’t put him down longer than 10 minutes or he cries until he chokes. I feel like a horrible person but I end up not eating if I don’t leave him for a bit. I try and leave him in the crib for a minute so I can gather myself but I can still hear his cries which lead to me crying as well. Is anyone else going through this? How do you deal with it? I need help 😩
