Car value can & snap benefits.

Okay, for starters I've never received government assistance so I'm not sure on the guidelines but today I got a new alert that dumb ass Ohio wants to use a test and use the value of people's cars and add it to their monthly income making most Ohioians not eligible for help with snap.

First off, Ohio is split in two. City, and Country. People need cars, how can someone use that against them to prove how Rich / poor they are? That car could have been given to them or literally on its last leg.

I swear, it's like our government gets a stiffy for hurting the poor.
