Best products after c-section

Just had a surprise c-section and wondering if you ladies who have been there have product suggestions to make things easier, or any tips for recovery ?

I too had a surprise csection and these were AMAZING! I hated the idea of wearing diapers but these were like underwear and then I didn’t have underwear sitting along my csection scar! Also (I know everyone says this but it’s true) don’t try to be a hero - take the pain meds they give you if you need them 💕 and your best friend for a bit is dressed because, at least for me, you might not like waists of pants sitting on your incision. I think this is the one I have. I just had my third c section and this was a game changer !  So comfortable becuase it’s 3 pieces , so you can adjust to fit the different parts of your stomach. 
My stomach is flatter than it’s ever been after birth, I can sneeze and cough without wanting to cry and I can do all my regular movements in it by 2 weeks.

My hospital provided a belly band which was a life saver.

Adult diapers, Night gowns, and even “granny panties”, overnight pads & I asked for extra bed pads from the hospital.

Lots of baggy, comfy pants. Stool softener (it sucks when it gets too far past and trying to bear down hurts like heck), a comfy chair that sleeps upright like a recliner (I couldn't lay down straight without it stretching my incision and hurting)

I loved the Medline abdominal pads to prevent rubbing and keep my incision clean and dry. I used Depends Silhouette adult underwear at first, then I loved Innersy high waisted postpartum underwear (on Amazon) because they don’t have any lines that rub your incision. Once my incision was healed I started using Scar Away silicone strips.
