If anyone can help me… drs are not sure and not worried.

I was supposed to start period the 9th ~10th.

I missed it.. got spotting the 14th at night.. spotted 2 days. 3rd day nothing at all. 4th day… nothing till mid afternoon and spotted moderately. Very fast come on tho.. (sat down boom) now nothing. I’ve been, cramping, fever, can’t sleep, lost 14 pounds, bloated (looks like I have a baby belly… very low. Very puffy above vagina. Sore on right side low abdomen. Lower back pain (more of a headache in back) I have been nauseas and puking for 2 weeks as well. My periods are ALWAYS the same.. I wake up look down.. put tampon in. Has anyone experienced this? Anyone have any idea what going on with me?
