Cancer??

Hello everyone iv had this basically all my life since I can remember on my leg/knee but I know when I looked a baby pictures of my self iv not seen it …basically long story short I just wanted to see if this is a mole (i class it as a birth mark even thoe I have no idea what it is) I should be worried about or get a second opinion…didn’t really think twice about it until now .
