Yellow bruises on my breast

Hi! A couple months ago I had a random yellow bruise on my breast and thought nothing of it, might have hit something. Today I discovered a yellow bruises on both of my breasts, out of no where. Usually bruises turn yellow over time but I didn’t even have these bruises yesterday. They also do not hurt when touched, like regular bruises. Anybody know anything? I’m a bit worried, thanks!
