Gastric sleeve/band??

Hi has anyone here had the surgery with gastric banding/sleeve 
I'm wanting to hear your story of starting weight 
Time
Current weight
And what surgery would recommend is the better choice thank you

November 2018 Gastric Sleeve
Start: 5'6 256 
(Had rough experience) 
Summer 2019 between 160/150ish
January 2020 5'6 134  
Gained Covid 19  ... 153 Dec 2020
Today 174 26w pregnant 
I can privately give more details but I'm over the trolls/picking biddies on here so I won't give too much detail. Although they will come for you anyway 🙄

Just curious how much weight are you needing/wanting to lose ? Is a doctor suggesting weight loss surgery ?

The lap band is being stopped as an option for most drs. There have been issues with the band being over filled, flipping itself, leaking and rotting. Two relatives each had it done within 5 years and both had to have them removed before switching to gastric. 
Do your research and get dr recommendations.

I wouldn't do the band ,my sister in law has the sleeve and it has helped her lose weight. I don't recommend the band as my brother almost died from it .
