Extreme weather

Hey everyone. My child has a supervised visit this weekend and the other parent wants to take child to a city playground/waterpark. Normally I would be perfectly okay with this however the weather is supposed to be over 115 degrees heat index. The visitation is supposed to be roughly 2-3 hours long. There is NO shade at this park. I am not comfortable with this plan and have communicated to the other parent 3 times now how this is not a safe plan with such extreme weather temperatures for a toddler. I have asked multiple times if they could find an indoor activity that’s age appropriate and got a “your going to do this visit outside or else” type of threat each time. These are court ordered. Is there anything I can do to protect my toddler? There have been multiple incidents where it is past abundantly clear the other parent does not have a care for the child’s safety and well-being. I’m just terrified that this is going to lead to an er visit for toddler with a extreme heat illness and I’ll be questioned as to why I didn’t prevent it when it’s court ordered and he’ll have no consequences to face because i will get hit with them.
