Past preterm birth, cerclage?

I had a 31 weeker back in 2019. My cervix was long and closed at 26 weeks, then at 27 weeks it had thinned to 3mm and I’d dilated 1-2 cm. 
I’m 6 weeks pregnant and just wondering what my options will probably be to help me carry full term. Would they do a cerclage even though my cervix was fine until 27 weeks? Are the Makena progesterone shots still a thing?

They measured my cervix from 16 weeks to 23 weeks (every other week). They would only do a cerclage up to 24 weeks. They had me doing the makena injections but I had an allergic reaction and stopped after 3 doses. I'm not on any other preventitive (bedrest, suppositories, etc) and am currently 35+3. My first was born at 32+1.

Sounds very similar to my history. 
1st baby- shortened to 1.6cm at 29 weeks, made it to 37 weeks.
2nd baby- was long at 24 weeks, then 1.4cm at 28 weeks. I went into labor and delivered her at 32 weeks. No progesterone 
Current 3rd baby- On the makena shot. cervical ultrasounds every other week from 16-24 weeks, cervix was still 4cm long. At 28 weeks, shortened to 2.8cm but still pretty good. I’m currently 29 weeks so we will see!

They’ll watch your cervix closely and probably have you to progesterone suppositories.  That’s what I’m doing right now after having 2 preemies

I am currently taking the makena injections once a week and have a cerclage that was placed at 14 weeks!
