Prenatal massage worth it??

Question

24 weeks with second child and my back pain and round ligament pain have been awful already. My ob suggested a prenatal massage. It’s $75 for an hour. I guess I’m willing to try it but would like others input. Is it worth it? Does it help? Thanks in advance.

Yes! It is so relaxing and gives you time to let go and fee some calm. Not easy to do when preparing for your little one! Enjoy your massage!

Very worth it!! I was having so much sciatic nerve pain and after my massage it was like a night and day difference. My hips have been better, my sciatic nerve pain has been better and I haven’t had any leg cramps. I can’t recommend it enough

I’ve never had one. A few of my friends have & said it wasn’t worth it because you can’t touch certain pressure points because it can cause preterm labor. Therefore they felt it was lacking & left them not completely satisfied.

Never been for a prenatal massage but love going to my chiropractor during pregnancy. She was a live saver my last pregnancy, helps so much. Just started going again for this pregnancy.

I think it's definitely worth it! It helps with my back issues and is so relaxing as well.

I got one on Monday and it was incredible! It made me feel so relaxed and my muscles just let go. I say it’s worth it if you don’t mind paying for it
