I’m sooo confused

Hey ladies… I don’t know what is going on with my body.. I start my period on May 27-31. Last 5 days.. then on June 11th I started spotting, nothing heavy, I didn’t fill a pad, that lasted 3 days.. I took a pregnancy test and I saw the faintest line so I waited to take another test the next day and now there’s no line.. has this ever happened to anyone.. please help me
