Spectra 2
HELP! 😞
I’m thinking about switching pumps to the spectra 2, but I’m having a hard time figuring out settings. My Medela only has 3 suction levels “low, medium, high”.
Can anyone recommend on how to use it. Suction level / expression level. Thank you!!
