7DPO not sure what this is
So I’m 7DPO and when I was 5dpo I had really bad diarrhoea then the next day i was constipated and still am? I also feel as if I’m on my period when I’m not and getting really mild period cramps, could I be coming in early? Or am I just over worried? Been trying for over a year and really hoping this is our month 🤞
