C section #2 or VBAC

With my first born I was induced and in labor for two days I hadn’t even dilated a centimeter and had to get a c section my recovery was super rough. Now my toddler will be almost 2 when I have our second baby and I’m scared of having another c section but I am TERRIFIED of a vaginal birth I feel like I won’t be able to do it or I’m not strong enough to go through with it. My Ob said she doesn’t recommend VBAC for moms who couldn’t dilate with their first. I just want opinions on VBAC pain during labor 😩 I’m so scared of pushing him out I just picture my self like the exorcist lol
