Covid vaccine ?

How has everyone done with the vaccine? I’m supposed to get it tomorrow but I’m really nervous. Has anyone had any issues with getting it ?

In Australia it’s not advised to have it whilst pregnant- so no way am I having it until after I have had the baby. Hasn’t been around long enough to be advised to be safe for unborn babies so why risk it.

UK here - both my consultants and specialists have told me to wait till after the baby is here. Iv struggled for this baby so taking their advice and just waiting - few of my friends are due to is year too and are all waiting. Personal choice I think

It’s so hard weighing up the possible risks. For me, I chose to have Pfizer at 12 weeks because I was already quite breathless and I feared I would be hospitalised if I caught COVID. I was reassured by the hundreds of thousands of pregnant women who have already had the vaccine, with no serious side effects for them or baby. Still a difficult decision to make though. I had an incredibly sore arm for a few days, then I was fine.

No major issues. I had a sore arm with both and a little headache and fatigue with the second. Pfizer vaccine at 12 weeks and 15 weeks.

I got it at cvs and it was really quick both times. Sore arm for a day or two and no major symptoms. I’m glad I got it over with.

Got my second moderna shot may 26th. About a week and a half later the lymph node under my jaw swelled up painfully. It sucked but it went away on its own (after seeing a doctor and making sure it was the vaccine and not something else) and I prefer that to getting a fever or flu like symptoms!

I’ve had both doses, just a Sore arm and mild headache. I started feeling the little babes kicks over the last couple weeks. I’ll be 19 weeks on Sunday!

I’m fully vaccinated from Pfizer at 15 and 18 weeks! I only had the sore arm for a day or two. I was already tired from pregnancy. Doctor recommended it at my discretion and I waited until second trimester by choice. Baby is moving and wiggling and doing great. I will be 20 weeks here shortly and we can’t wait to find out the gender soon!

I had both my pfizershots by the time I was 14 weeks along. Only a sore arm and a bit tired, but nothing major!
