Pregnancy after tubal reversal

Hi all I got sterilised in 2019 and 1 year later regretted my decision. I was in a bad place at the time and was sure I didn’t want any more babies. I ended up having it reversed 18months later (September 2020). This February I became pregnant which resulted in a abdominal pregnancy, I was roughly 2 months and baby passed naturally . Has anyone has a successful pregnancy after having these procedures, looking online hasn’t filled me with much hope. I was told by my surgeon I have a 40% chance of a successful pregnancy. I have regular periods and am fit and healthy.
