Could this be a miscarriage?

So a few days ago I posted a pregnancy test with a faint line stating positive.. Ive been having bad cramping in the pelvic and lower abdomen, along with being nauseous and dizzy.. Then just yesterday I was fine thru out the day until the afternoon I went to pee and it was a lot of blood I couldn’t make out what was in the toilet because it was so much blood.. I went to wipe and it was a lot of blood, then just this morning I wake up to a fully soak pad and it’s not usually like that with my period.. I was in the kitchen this morning making coffee and I felt blood pour out of me it was very dark.. Could this have been a miscarriage???☹️☹️☹️🥺🥺🥺🥺
