My baby dad quit his job months ago and has been selling weed ever since, I keep telling him I don’t want that shit around my

Kids so I put him out. He beat the shit out of me and I filed a report but never pursued charges!

He moved back in with his mom but his step dad hit my baby when he was 4 months so I don’t want my children there either!

How can I stop my kids from going to his mom house where my child was hit? And where to start to even fight for full custody!
