High BP?

So I happened to check my blood pressure around an hour ago and it was 135/90. I’ll be 20W pregnant tomorrow. I waited 15 minutes and then rechecked it and it was at 139/82. Then I waited another 30 mins and checked it again and it was 137/88. Normally I sit around 125/80, and I’ve never had BP issues before. I’m going to check it again in another 15 minutes. I have been laying in bed, so no activity. 
If continues to be at this level, is it hospital worthy? I have a 3 year old and I’d have to take her in with me as my husband just left for training in Washington today 😭

No, that's not high enough to be an ER concern. You can call your doctor tomorrow, but chances are unless it's higher, it's not cause for concern - especially if your husband left today for training. You may just be feeling a little more stressed than usual, so your BP jumped up a little.
I hope it goes back to normal soon, but I'm fairly sure it's not anything to be worried about!!

I would definitely let your OB know, but the numbers they look for are 140 and/or over 90. Those are considered "elevated" and it will likely be something they want to monitor. We're you hydrated today? Stressed more than normal? When taking it, were your feet flat on the floor, sitting, with your arm resting on a table at heart level (not holding your arm up)?
I had an elevated reading at my last prenatal appt (138/65), so I started checking at home and my readings were normal (below 120/80). I had another prenatal this week and at first it was 142/70! So my OB checked it manually a few min later and it was 130/65 and I brought my home monitor to check to see if it was accurate. It said 136/71 after moving around to plug it in, so it was accurate. So my OB said my home readings were good and I clearly get nervous in the doctor's office! It's something I still have to monitor 3x a week at home, but it was good to know just home monitor os accurate. If your OB wants to see you, ask if you can bring your home monitor to check its accuracy.

I would just call your ob in the morning thats not high enough to be really concerned about thats about what mine was and my doctor just put me on the lowest dose of BP medication

I would call in to my docs office, not the ER. They will probably want you to come in to check it themselves, and also go ahead and start keeping a log of it to turn it. They may just start you on a med. this happened to me at 10weeks and I was started in a beginning dose of Labetalol. Ended up having to take it twice per day. However the part couple weeks it’s been getting down too low, so now I’m taking a break off the med. try to keep stress down as much as possible, rest as you are doing as much as possible and prop up feet. Also make sure you are staying hydrated. Hope it gets resolved for you soon 💙
