When did you start giving your baby table food?

Their stomachs aren’t ready for anything other than breast milk or formula before 6 months.
Some babies may be ready for baby cereal around 4-5 months, but never ever give a baby under 6 months table food!

Never before 6m. 4m is outdated information and too early for any solids, especially table foods. All major health organizations recommendations are 6m for solids due to gut maturity. All ready signs must be met also, which are stated below.

4-6months we did purées. Our ped recommended it and we decided to try it out. At 6mo I started blw and he pretty much eats a little of whatever we eat. Been a few week of it now and he’s doing great. Boy loves his food lol.

We gave her some stuff before 4 months but it was quite literally crumbs worth. And currently the last 2 months (4+5 m) We have let her suck on some veggie straws, a Ritz cracker, and a Nectarine. But that's about it.
