Might be tmi
I am 8 weeks today and since last night I’ve been throwing up and now I have nothing to throw up so it’s just that nasty yellow throw up at the same time I keep having diarrhea at the same time while I’m throwing up. It is super watery almost like pee. I was thinking maybe food poisoning but me and my boyfriend ate the exact same thing yesterday and he is fine today. Could this be a symptom with pregnancy or should I get checked out?
