Urgent help with abrupt change in 10 weeks old bay sleep schedule

Hello,

So my LO 10 weeks old sleeps for like a max half an hour and then wakes up crying.. it’s been like this since two days.. I’ve tried everyth like making sure he’s fully fed, clean diaper, gas drops and tonight i even gave him panadol thinking that maybe he was hurting somewhere but nth works. He is super sleepy all the time and wants to sleep, he falls asleep fine but wakes up after every 15-20 mins crying. I rock him and put him to sleep again. Does anyone know what this is? I am really concerned for my baby. Please help!
