Poop picture - help! thoughts?

Hey all,

We noticed some green in our son’s poop this evening. He has had TERRIBLE gas for weeks and we’ve talked to our pediatrician about potential causes. She didn’t think there was enough symptoms last time we were there to suggest a milk protein allergy, but I am starting to get more concerned about that possibility. However, he does have really good days and really bad days regardless of what I eat. He is exclusively breastfed and almost 4 weeks old.

Any idea what could be causing his poop to look like this? Potential milk protein allergy?

Also, here’s a picture of his cute face so it’s not just poop. 😂
