Hate the wait

I'm 43 and in my tww. Bleck! Lol. According to my app I ovulated on the 18 but I'm feeling like it was sooner around the 15. Going off how my body felt and cm changes. Yesterday, I had a little dull achy cramping that if I go off app would have been 3 dpo but if I go off of my thinking would be 5/6 dpo. 3 dpo would be waaay to early for any cramping from implantation but could it be possible at 5/6 dpo? Maybe my thinking is right I ovulated earlier. I'm just going for good news this month.
