Has anyone's SCH bothered them after 12weeks?

At my 12week scan my OB discovered a large SCH. Up until then I had been working out and living life as normal with no blood. I'm not on bedrest but OB has said not to exercise and take it easy. I'm just wondering has anyone has their SCH bother them after 12w if they've gone this long without any spotting or blood? I'm 12w4d today, thanks
