Second c- section anxiety

I’m currently 32 weeks and am planned for my second c-section on the 30th July (My eldest will be 2 years 6months) as I have been suffering from excruciating sciatic nerve pain from 19 weeks. I’ve been in a wheel chair and bed rest as I was unable to walk or move onto any side but my right side.

As the due date is approaching I’m experiencing extreme anxiety about having a second csection, i guess it’s because I know what to expect and I am afraid of the anxiety.

Any moms who have been for 2 c-section willing to give some advice will be highly appreciated ???
