Anxiety at a new level.

Anyone on here deal with health anxiety? If so, what are so things that work to deal with it. I posted about needing a biopsy on an atypical mole. I got the biopsy and the dermatologist went ahead and removed it all. I have been having anxiety since I saw the mole but it’s become overwhelming now. I have the feeling when you know you failed an exam, you’re just waiting for the results to verify. I am completely losing it. This morning I had an anxiety attack that led to chest pains. I don’t know that I’ll be able to get the results without someone near me. 😢😪
