Want to have a baby

Im 41y/o , last jan 19, I had an operation Myomectomy hysterography.by april we tried TTC again,I always experience delayed for 5 days for the past months but it always lead to my monthly period.april I started to do exercise from bec maybe my weight is one if the factor why were having difficulty in conceiving from 69kg I became 64kg aftr a month, until now.weee still trying most of the time I feel frustrated bec were always failing.I dnt know what should I do anymore :(
