Mother’s Bliss Constipation Ease

For the couple weeks my daughter has been struggling to poop. She strains and nothing will really come out (she will have a little poop when we wipe but none in her diaper) When she does poop they’re hard rocks! She doesn’t seem to be in any pain, she doesn’t cry when she strains but I wanted to help her so my MIL brought over mother’s bliss. I attempted to give her some and immediately spit it out. Is there any way I can give this to her so she doesn’t spit it out? I tried gently blowing in her face but that didn’t work! Please help!
